ATA FIT is a practical fitness program. It incorporates three separate types of workouts throughout the week to maximize results including kickboxing, cardio, and interval training. The classes last 30 minutes to fit perfectly into your day. This program is personalized for YOU, with many types of modifications for all ages.
A single class can burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories depending on intensity.
